Terms and Conditions

Acceptance of terms and conditions must be agreed to when a person wishes to register as a user of Swapz. If you do not abide by these terms and conditions then you must stop using Swapz.

Terms and Conditions may change without notice. Any changes to the Terms and Conditions will take effect as soon as they are posted on Swapz. It is the users responsibility to check the terms and conditions. Your continued use of Swapz represents your ongoing agreement of the terms and conditions.

Swapz provides a marketplace where people can advertise goods and/or services available to trade and exchange for another persons goods and/or services.

Swapz plays no part in providing the goods/services advertised for trading.

Swapz does not act as an agent for either of the advertisers who participate in trading goods and/or services.

Swapz is not accountable for the behaviour of its users.

Transactions and all other contact made via Swapz website are made entirely at your own risk.

Swapz is not responsible for the quality of goods or completion of services by users of Swapz. It is not the responsibility of Swapz if a user attempts to defraud you.

Your use of Swapz and the services it advertises are at your own risk.

Swapz has the right to refuse to register or to terminate your membership at any time without consultation with any party including you, if Swapz suspects malicious use of the service.

You must not advertise any illegal or offensive goods/services and Swapz have the right to cancel a listing if Swapz sees such advertisements as offensive or illegal.

Any swap offers that are accepted, both parties are legally bound by this terms and conditions to complete the trade.

Swapz maintains the right to alter its pricing schedule at any time without prior notice.
